1. When returning the acquired good, the CONSUMER has to present the document confirming the purchase. The CONSUMER may return the good corresponding to the distance contract within the period of 14 calendar days. If the CONSUMER wishes to return the good, which does not correspond to the provisions of the distance contract, then the CONSUMER has to complete  form of failure  and submit the good to be returned in full assembly .
2.The CONSUMER may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods (notifying the SELLER thereof).
3.The CONSUMER is obligated to deliver the Product to the SELLER within 14 days after sending a written refusal (if the CONSUMER has received the Product). The SELLER has the right not to refund to the CONSUMER the amount of money paid for the Product until the CONSUMER has delivered the Goods to the SELLER. If the consumer fails to comply with the deadline for the Return of Goods specified in this Clause, the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited.
4. It is desirable to return the product with all (undamaged) packaging. Return of the goods must be effected by post or delivery to the address indicated by the SELLER and the costs of the return are borne by the CONSUMER.
5. In the event of refusal, the Company shall repay the money paid for the Product within not more than 14 days from the date of notification of the use of the right of withdrawal, receipt of.
1.6. GUALTITY OF GOODS and  WARRANTY
CONSUMERS within a period of 24 months from the date of purchased the goods have a statutory right to lodge a claim under the terms of the contract item.

6. By requiring the manufacturer or SELLER about the non-conformity of the goods to the terms of the contract, the CONSUMER shall attach to the application a copy of the document certifying the transaction.
7. A CONSUMER has the right to demand the SELLER about the non-conformity of the goods to the terms of the contract within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase of the goods. The CONSUMER submits the application to the SELLER within 2 (two) months from the date when the non-conformity of the goods to the terms of the contract was revealed. The day of purchase of the goods is the day when the CONSUMER received the corresponding goods.
8. The warranty does not apply if the goods were damaged due to the fault of the CONSUMER: the product has a natural wear, was used for improper purposes, damaged by external circumstances or stored in an improper or incorrect manner.
